This fee reflects the time-saving benefit of having a commissioned notary come directly to you.

For appointments scheduled outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, an enhanced convenience fee applies to accommodate extended availability and priority scheduling.

For specialized visits—such as county jails, hospitals, and convalescent or care facilities—an enhanced travel and convenience fee is applied. These environments often require additional time, coordination, wait periods, and facility-specific procedures. Fees for these appointments are determined based on the location, access requirements, and overall time involved.

Clients who prefer to visit our office may do so by appointment only. For in-office notarizations, the fee is limited to the state-regulated rate of $15.00 per notarized signature, with no additional travel or convenience fees.

Mobile Notary Services in San Joaquin County

Between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., I’ll travel to your chosen location within San Joaquin County to notarize one signature for $15.00, plus a $50.00 trip fee (totaling $65.00). If you require a notarization at the county jail, the cost is $85.00, which includes a $70.00 trip fee and a $15.00 notary fee for one signature. For clients visiting my office, the notary fee is $15.00 per signature.

Additional Details:

Between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., I will drive to the location of your choice within San Joaquin County and notarize one signature for $15.00 plus a $50.00 trip fee ($65.00) County Jail visit will cost (85.00) $70.00 trip fee plus $15.00 notary fee for 1 signature. If you come to my office it is only the notary fee of $15.00 per signature.

Additional notarized signatures cost $15.00 each. 

Documents requiring large numbers of signatures to be notarized may qualify for a discount. Additional charges apply for after-hours notarizations or notarization outside San Joaquin County. Please call Kevin for prices.
